Meaning >

This verse pinpoints to the root cause of any quarrel / Controversy / Struggle, even rebellions in the world around us...Be it a quarrel amongst teen aged children, or between countries or nations too... ...
The verse tells us that the root cause is invariably the same.

It says that any transaction between two or more parties culminates into  struggles and disputes, when at least one of the parties intends to attain something, without returning anything of value to it's counterparts... ...materially, or otherwise.

This fantastic two liner verse has such a wide scope and universal applicability, that it literally covers almost every dispute in life...from bed rooms to board rooms to ball rooms to court rooms to political negotiations to dacoity to terrorrism, right up to warfields too.!!!
